Midtown Association

The Missoula Midtown Association (MMA) is a not-for-profit membership organization working to advocate, enhance, facilitate, preserve and promote the commerce and community of Midtown Missoula, while striving to provide leadership and support to overcome challenges. The Missoula Midtown Association is a highly active and vibrant organization dedicated to the success of Missoula's Midtown.

Tim Winger moved to Missoula in the spring of 2006 to manage and lease a portfolio of properties for Southgate Mall Associates. He has over 24 years of experience in retail property management, leasing, and marketing. He is a founding member of the Missoula Midtown Association and serves on the Fairground Advisory Board and the Missoula Event Center study group. He has also been on the executive board of Run Wild Missoula and has been active with the Missoula Marathon race committee. Tim is married with 5 children and enjoys attending their activities. His hobbies and interests include coaching, running, reading, soccer, basketball, golf, and music.

Following over twenty years in management with the Missoula Urban Transportation District, Steve Earle moved across town to become the Director of the Missoula County Fairgrounds.  Under Steve’s direction the Fairgrounds is moving forward to become a year-round venue for many major events in Missoula, as well as continuing to house the Western Montana Fair.  A Montana native and graduate of The University of Montana, Earle brings us experience on many local and state boards, years working with national and state legislative bodies, and his own compassion for making Missoula County Fairgrounds a home for major attractions, an agricultural learning center, and an economic partner in Midtown's success.

Jeremy is a founding member of the Missoula Midtown Association and a Principal at the planning, engineering, survey and design firm, WGM Group. As a neighbor and Transportation Engineer, he is passionate about seeing Midtown Missoula become a vibrant place to invest, shop, work, play and live. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys playing ice hockey at one of Midtown's favorite attractions, the Missoula Fairgrounds.

Baiba Eastlick is a graduate of the University of Montana and Leadership Missoula.  She and her husband, Steve, have been married for 40 years and have three children (Erin, Nathan & Jon) and three grandsons aged 2, 5, 8 (Gavin, Kellan, Jonah).  She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Specialist in Retirement Planning.  She is on the board of the Missoula Food Bank and was previously chair of the Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants Federal Taxation Committee.  Her hobbies include traveling, reading, gardening, horseback riding and, of course, cheering on the Griz.

Brandon Smith grew up in beautiful Missoula, Montana. Brandon has over 10 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry, and has worked at Glidewell Investments & Insurance Group for more than 7 years. Brandon and his wife Courtney have two children: Avery, 4 and Boston, 2. Brandon enjoys the challenges in insurance. He keeps up to speed on the newest ideas and options that are always in progress with his clients and carriers.

Robert McCue was born and raised in beautiful Missoula Montana. He graduated from the University of Montana with a BA in Economics. Robert owns and manages Eagle Self Storage – a 700 unit storage facility and U-Haul dealer operation – and specializes in storage facility development, building , operations  and management. He serves on the board of the Missoula Midtown Association, the St. Patrick Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, and the St. Anthony Finance Council.  He was previously president of the Kiwanis Club and was active in Big Brothers & Sisters, Ducks Unlimited, Miller Creek Planning, and Boy Scouts of America.  He and his wife Sydney have 2 sons, both in the college.

For the past 26 years Jack has been the CEO of Opportunity Resources, Inc., one of the oldest not-for-profit organizations in Missoula. It was incorporated in 1955 and currently supports over 400 people with disabilities daily with a staff of 300. Jack is a past Chairman of the Missoula Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and currently chairs their Governmental Affairs committee. He is in his second term as a Commissioner on the 'Governor's Commission on Community Service.' He has and is serving on several other local and state non-profit boards, including the Missoula Midtown Association. Jack is married to Bonnie and they have two daughters and two grandchildren.
